Metaphysics
Metaphysics, a term that can be used to categorize subjects that are after or above physics, the term physics is used to denote science. At one time algebra and geometry were considered metaphysics; today these particular subjects are now considered accepted branches of science. Today subjects that fall under metaphysics are paranormal sciences, psychic phenomena, magick and occult studies, demonology.

Shamanism comes from the tribal societies of the world, and is most common among the aboriginal peoples of the Americas and Australia, though shamanism as a tradition was also present in ancient Asia. Wicca and Neo-paganism, which is in some ways similar to shamanism, is a tradition found within the old Anglo-Saxon cultures and is nearly the exactly the same in many ways to Teutonic traditions of magick as well. Whether you call it wizardry, witchcraft, or Kabala, the ancient traditions of wise men are both valuable and have their applications for modern life. The controversy and subject of the paranormal has long been a curiosity of man.
